George Lewis was arrested a short time ago for Murder. He was taken to the local police station. Because he is 'under arrest' the detective read him his 'Miranda Rights'. Lewis waives his rights and agrees to talk with the detective. As soon as the interrogation begins Melvin Liptshitz, local criminal defense attorney, shows up at the station demanding to see his client. He also demands that any interrogation of his client, should it be occurring, be stopped immediately.
