We all climbed into the three waiting jeeps and headed to the plains. Our safari was finally underway. We were told that we would be able to see giraffes, zebras, elephants, rhinos and possibly even some cheetahs or lions. I was most looking forward to seeing the lions as they have always been my favorite wild animal.
