Jenny came home with her quarterly report card. She got an 83% in math, a 92% in history, a 96% in English, an 87% in science and an 81% in lab. Create a chart to plot Jenny’s grades. Which subject did she get the lowest grade in and which subject did she get the second highest grade in?

Pie:  A pie graph (or circle graph) uses “slices” or “sections” to show size.  

Chart:  A chart is made up of a horizontal line and a vertical line.  The horizontal line displays advancing numbers, letters or names going from left to right along the horizontal bottom line.  The vertical line displays advancing numbers, letters or names going from the bottom to top along the vertical line.
