Common automation graphs might include volume, pan and mute graphs. Some graphs have a continuum of possible vertical breakpoint postitions such as the volume graph while others such as mute graphs only have 2 options either on or off.
Three step process: Clearing all unused files from a session without permanent deletion, then creating a copy of the session including all necessary parent files and then compacting the parent files to eliminate unused portions of the files. Save copy ensure that all the needed files are copied into the audio files folder.
Inserts on audio tracks, instrument tracks and aux inputs are pre-fader, meaning they are applied before the fader section affects the signal level passing through the track. However, inserts on master faders are always post-fader (Useful if clipping would occur through processing units).
Users can configure hardware via menu>setup>hardware.
