To stay healthy we need a balanced diet, plenty of water, and regular exercise. Exercise is good for both physical and mental health and it ensures the body's systems are working effectively. 

You can exercise in a group or on your own. It doesn’t matter what you choose as long as you are getting active. Different exercises have different benefits so it is best to do a variety of activities to ensure you work your whole body.
