Some ways to connect to the cloud are:
Cloud SQL Connectors:
A secure way to run a stateful application in the cloud. This method minimizes exposure to the internet by using a private IP and the SQL Proxy.
Direct Connect: A cloud hosting solution that allows clients to set up a private, dedicated network link. This enables customers' and cloud servers to communicate more quickly and safely.
VPN: A cloud-based network that allows employees to access a secure connection no matter where they are. This helps ensure that information sent to and from the company servers is safe.
Cloud Interconnect: Provides enterprise-grade dedicated connectivity to Google Cloud. It has higher throughput and more reliable network performance compared to using VPN or internet ingress.
TCP: Suitable for applications with higher data rates, very large data, and other specialized applications. While TCP is flexible, it does not include built-in encryption.
Private Network: Provides a private connection between your Dedicated Servers and Cloud environments without being connected to external networks or even the Internet. This type of connection is relatively easy to implement, secure and cost-effective.
Azure ExpressRoute: A cloud-integrated solution for creating fast and secure private connections between Azure and local data centers.
You can also connect to your cloud computer desktop using any internet browser.
