OSI Model topics include: Physical layer, data link layer, transport layer and network layer.

The Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model is a conceptual framework that describes the functions of a networking system. It's a layered approach to networks that allows for compatible networks.

The OSI model has seven abstraction layers, arranged in a top-down order:
Layer 7: Application Layer
Layer 6: Presentation Layer
Layer 5: Session Layer
Layer 4: Transport Layer
Layer 3: Network Layer
Layer 2: Data Link Layer
Layer 1: Physical Layer

The OSI model provides a structured approach to understanding and securing network communications. It allows different communication systems to communicate using standard protocols. The OSI model's seven layers are useful for identifying network issues.
The OSI model was developed in 1978 by French software engineer Hubert Zimmermann.
