Sometimes, people have different opinions and points of view about a topic than the author. The author's words reveal their point of view. However, not everyone's point of view is the same. In a story, you should be able to determine their point of view about a text.

Video games have only been around for a few years. Many parents did not play video games when they were young. Now, video games can be played at home or on a cell phone. Some parents believe that children spend too much time playing video games. Instead, they should be playing outside. They should be doing their homework or getting some exercise.

Today, children play over six hours a week of video games. Every year, the amount of hours increases. Children are playing video games more and more. Now, these children say that they are playing video games at home and away from home.

It is believed that children should put down the video games. They should read a book or play a sport. This will help them become better students. It will also let them learn how to play with a group of people.
