Everyone’s fingernails and hair grow. Some grow faster than others. Also, some fingernails may look different on different people’s hands. Fingernails that are strong and do not break easily usually belong to a healthy person. Fingernails that break easily and are dark in color may mean that this person is sick with a kidney or other organ problem.
