Intelligence tests measure an individual's abilities, while personality tests assess their characteristics. Intelligence tests include IQ tests, while personality tests use questionnaires. Both types of tests are valuable to employers because they can indicate a candidate's suitability for a position. 
 

Intelligence tests can also be used in the workplace to determine an employee's learning style, intelligence, and ability to learn. For example, personality tests can help determine if an employee works better in groups or individually, if they learn visually or verbally, and if they would do better in training positions versus management. 
 

Personality tests can help people leverage their strengths, address their weaknesses, make informed decisions, and navigate various life situations effectively.
