Common problems with the male reproductive system include:
Infertility:
Can be caused by erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, liver or kidney disease, or other factors
Prostate disease: Can include benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), hypospadias, hydrocele, and varicocele
Erectile dysfunction: Also known as Erectile Dysfunction Disorder (ED), this condition makes it difficult for men to initiate or maintain an erection
Testicular cancer: One of the most treatable cancers if detected early
Other problems: include loss of libido, phimosis, testicular torsion, vasectomy, blood in semen, and epididymitis 

Other problems include:
Difficulty urinating
Hormone deficiency
Premature ejaculation
Inflammation of the prostate
Genital infections
Injury to or twisting (torsion) of the testicles
Early or late puberty
Exposure of the genitals to high temperatures
Hernia repair
