Too much sunshine can be a bad thing, especially since the depletion of the ozone layer. Skin cancer is now a major risk.

To stay safe in the sunshine we must wear protective clothing and follow health and safety rules. The sun can be very strong even on days when it doesn’t feel very hot or there is a strong breeze in the air. So we should take precautions at all times.
