Jack Logan is informed by the owner of the apartment building he lives in that when his lease expires at the end of the month, it cannot be renewed because the owner's sister is going to need a place to live in 3 months. The owner tells Jack that he may stay in the apartment until a few days before his sister is scheduled to arrive. After Jack's lease expires, but before he moves out, Jack is a
