Shri Krishna was not crowned Lord Krishna just because of his status at birth, although he was born to Vasudeva and Devaki and brought up in the rich family of Nanda and Yashoda. He became known as the Lord because he destroyed all of the evils. His special weapon was the Sudarshan Chakra - the omnipotent circular ring, which cut through the throats of evil-doers. As well as this weapon he was also known to carry a melodious flute. His skill at playing the flute is still famous. But when there are clouds of hypocrisy and sins turn into a tempest, Krishna's melodious flute becomes a small spear.
