A mechatronics technician is a trade-technician who works with machines and systems to ensure they function smoothly. They may work in industrial settings, factories, or other worksites.

Mechatronics technicians use a combination of mechanical, electrical, computer, and software skills. They may be involved in the development of a product from conception through testing and production.
To become a mechatronics technician, you may need sufficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronics and communication, instrumentation, automobile engineering, or mechatronics.
