23 yo comes to ED. Has sudden onset SOB and chest pain. Pain is retro sternal and left sided. Worse on deep breathing and cough. Has history of asthma sues albuterol when needed. Is in moderate distress. Vitals are normal but resp rate is 28 amin. Physical exam shows normal breath sounds on reight and decreased breath sounds on elft. Percussion of left chest shows hyper resonance. 1. What is your diagnosis? 2. What would most likely be seen on CXR?
