A vehicle with a remote starter just installed will only start with the RS remote when the factory key placed in the key cylinder (but not turned). Not near the key cylinder, but key must actually be in it. Technician A says the problem is definitely that the key sense wire needs to be powered. Technician B says that the transponder interface is not properly interfaced into the vehicle's OEM immobilizer system. Who is correct?
