Sally has not cleaned her room in a long time. Her mom walks into her room. Mom looks around and then stares at Sally. “Look at this mess!” Mom says, “You need to clean your room!” Sally looks around her own room. She knows this will take a long time. Story 5 – Reading with Grandpa Grandpa comes over to Karen’s house every Monday. Karen jumps up and down. She gets to read with Grandpa. When Grandpa comes into the house, first he sits with Karen on the sofa. Karen picks out her favorite book. She then sits on Grandpa’s lap. They read the book together. Karen reads every line.
