Problem solving is the process of coming up with solutions to problems, while decision making is the process of choosing the best option from those solutions. 
Decision making is a part of problem solving, and it occurs at every step of the process. 

Interpersonal skills are the ability to communicate and interact with others, including communication and attitude. They also refer to the ability to build strong relationships with people and collaborate with them. Interpersonal skills are also known as soft skills
Communication skills are people's abilities to communicate with others. Interpersonal skills include communication skills, but the broader meaning refers to the ability to interact with people and build strong relationships with them.
