A copy machine makes hundreds of copies of a corporation’s annual report. It copies 600 pages in the first hour, after which it breaks. One hour later, the mechanic fixes the copy machine, and it resumes making copies at the rate of 600 pages per hour. To make up for lost time, the company employs the services of another copy machine that works at the same rate. The second machine begins making copies at the same time that the first machine resumes copying. The two copy machines working together finish copying two hours later. The ACT Mathematics Test contains 60 questions to be answered in 60 minutes.  The hardest ACT math questions (the last 10 to 15 questions) fall into two types: advanced concepts and complex questions. Advanced concepts questions cover what you learn in precalculus and trigonometry. FYI: Students that get into Harvard College have an ACT score of 34–36.
