Computation in context means finding the answers to a variety of real-life problems. You may have to add, subtract, multiply, divide, or work with percents to do these problems. There is no set method for doing these problems. You just have to read the problems carefully and make sure you are answering the question. 

Example A. Suzanne has a monthly budget of $2000. Her monthly rent is $800. What percent of her monthly budget is spent on rent? A. 20% B. 40% C. 60% D. 80%
