We provide ergonomic keyboards, designed for comfort and safety. There are also things you can do to avoid the problem. Adjust computer screens and keyboards to reduce strain. Your keyboard should be elbow level so that your forearms, wrists, and hands are in line with, or parallel to, the floor. Please use the wrist pads provided by every keyboard and mouse. We also urge you to review and use the enclosed exercises that reduce strain and the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome. If you choose to wear a wrist brace, please shop for one on our doctor-approved list or one that your own doctor recommends.
