'A 4 year old boy is brought to the doctor because of several ''Boils'' on his arm. His mother states that on several previous occasions the boy has had similar lesiosn that were treated succesfully with antibiotics. He does not have a history of eczema or childhood illnesses such as measles or chickenpox and his is up to date on all immunizations. Temp is 100.2 pulse 78 reso 12 and bp 108/66. Labs show normal complete blood count and normal immunoglobulin levels, B and T cell counts and complement levels. Nitroblue tetrazolium test is non reactive. 1. What is your diagnosis? 2.
