24 year old comes to ED due to ulcerative genital lesions. Describes lesions as first appearing 1 week earlier as tiny blisterse filled with clear fluid and having red bases. After they ruptured they became ulcerated and painful. Temp is 100.9. Physical exam shows only a few ulcerative lesiosn on prepuce with unilateral inguinal adenopathy.
