A 55 year old women comes to ED with dyspnea nad persistne non productive cough for 6 weeks. She has smoke 1.5 packs of cigarettes daily for 20 years. Her BP is 153/92. Physical exam shows central obesity, a rounded face, thin extremities and abdo striae. A chest x ray shows 3 cm mass involving lung hilum and collapse of right upper lobe of lung. A ct guided biopsy specimen of mass shows sheets of uniform cells with high nuclear cytoplasmic ratio and nuclear hyperchromasia. 1. What syndrome is this lady experiencing? 2.
